Frank Cusumano
Admitted to the Tennessee Bar (2020), Frank is a proud graduate of Stetson College of Law and the driving force behind Acuity Law Group. His work is fueled by a deep commitment to helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Frank believes that every client deserves patience, honesty, and clear legal guidance. He takes time to understand each person’s goals, concerns, and family dynamics, ensuring every estate plan or probate matter is handled with precision and care.
Chuck Kelly
Licensed in Florida (2020) and also a graduate of Stetson College of Law, Chuck brings discipline, reliability, and a strong sense of duty to the firm — shaped in part by his service as a United States Marine Corps Veteran.
Chuck’s approach to law is rooted in compassion and responsibility. He works tirelessly to support families during some of their most challenging times, helping them navigate probate, estate matters, and complex legal processes with clarity and confidence.
